Vegan Protein Cooking Workshop

My protein class on Monday 28th March at JW3 went down a storm!! Both vegans and non-vegans loved learning 3 simple but effective dishes. Below you can the students dishes; edamame hummus with raw sweet potato chips, raw cacao hemp balls and tempeh sandwich with sweetcorn salsa and sautéed spinach.
