Join me for a culinary journey through an array of tasty raw foods and learn how to bring raw vegan food into your diet. You will sample 5 flavoursome courses which may include - a raw soup, chocolate truffles, cheesecake, raw crackers with pate, a high protein salad, a healthy dessert, a vegetable pasta dish and a superfood smoothie bowl.
On this experience we will discuss the benefits of raw food and a plant-based diet. I will give you my tips, tricks and cheats so that you can easily incorporate these foods into your busy lifestyle. You will receive a recipe card for each course so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
Allergy information - All recipes we will be making are completely gluten free and made in a kitchen that is 100% gluten free. Some recipes will use nuts and seeds.
