5 minute salad

  • 2 SALAD TOMATOES

  • 2 HANDFULS SALAD LEAVES

  • 1 LARGE CARROT

  • 1/2 BLOCK DRAGONFLY PREMIUM MARINATED TOFU

  • 1 HANDFUL ALMONDS

  • 1 HANDFUL GOJI BERRIES

  • SHICHIMI TOGARASHI

  • JUICE OF 1/2 A LEMON

  • EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

  • TEAR THE SALAD LEAVES, PUT INTO YOUR BOWL

  • ROUGHLY CHOP THE TOMATOES AND TOFU

  • GRATE THE CARROT

  • PUT THESE INTO THE BOWL WITH THE LEAVES, ADD ALMONDS AND GOJI BERRIES

  • ADD A GLUG OF OIL, LEMON JUICE AND SHICHIMI TOGARASHI AND SALT TO TASTE

  • MIX WELL AND SERVE
