Mango Berry Bliss - VIDEO

Another 7 minute breakfast . . . .

Makes 1 portion

1 handful brazil nuts

1 small mango

1 handful frozen raspberries plus a few for the top

1T ground flax seed (this can be bought already ground or, if you have a good blender or chopper you can grind it yourself, store in an airtight container in the fridge)

 

In the chopper attachment of a hand blender blitz the brazil nuts until they are crumbs

 

Cut and peel the mango, no need to chop, add to the chopper and blitz

Add 1 handful of the raspberries and the flax seed, blitz again

Spoon into a glass

Break the remaining raspberries into pieces and put on top
