Nut porridge

● 1 handful hazelnuts    

● 1 handful brazil nuts  

● 1 tablespoon ground flax seed  

● 1 cup dairy free sugar free milk  

● 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  

 

● a handful goji berries or other berries
 
● warm the milk in a pan on a medium heat  

● grind the nuts in the chopper attachment of a hand blender  

● add the nuts, flax seeds and cinnamon to the pan  

● stir well and pour into a bowl  

● top with the berries
