Spiced raw chocolate
Raw chocolates are so ridiculously easy to make. You can use a chocolate mould as I have or a silicone ice cube tray.
50g cacao butter
20g coconut sugar
8g cacao powder
Spices or your choice, I use 2 drops of cardamom spice drops and 2 drops of ginger spice drops. Click here to see the spice drops I use. You can also use ground spices. Add to your own taste. You can start by adding a pinch and then taste, add more as needed.
Simply melt all of the ingredients in a bowl over another bowl of very hot water.
Once melted mix well and spoon into your mould. Chill for around 30 minutes to an hour. Remove from the mould and try not to eat all at once!
