Spicy quick n' easy vegan pizza (also gluten free!)

This is what I cook when I am feeling lazy....it really doesn't take long and feels like junk food even though it isnt!

6T gram flour

6T water

1/2t hot smoked paprika

1/4t onion salt

1/4t garlic salt

1/4c passata

1T nutritional yeast

1/4t ground cumin

2 handfuls kale

1 handful edamame beans

1/4 red pepper, thinly sliced

Salt 

Olive oil

Heat your oven to 220c

In a glass or bowl mix the gram flour with the water until it's smooth. Add the paprika and garlic and onion salt and mix well. Rest for 3 minutes to thicken. 

Put a baking sheet on a baking tray, pour the batter on the paper in round shape. Bake for 5-10 minutes until the edges start to brown. Flip over and bake for another 5 minutes.

Mix the passata, nutritional yeast and cumin in a glass, cup or bowl. 

Put the edamame in a bowl, pour over boiling water, rest for a few minutes then drain very well. 

Put the kale in a colander or sieve, pour over boiling water and drain well. 

When the pizza base is cooked (browning on the edges) spoon on the passata and spread, top with the kale, edamame, peppers and jalepenos. Sprinkle on a little salt and olive oil. 

Bake for another 10 minutes.
