This September is a very exciting month for me. I am publishing my first book! To coincide with this I am have also created the Love.Food online course. Some of us (me included!) thrive when we have a community of like-minded people working towards the same goal. This is the first course and will run for the whole of September.
This one month online course will give you all the help, knowledge and support that you need to accomplish this. The community is inclusive, nurturing, fun and compassionate. It is a safe and encouraging environment to guide you through this positive change you are making in your life.
Each of the 4 modules contains a variety of tools including videos, Q&A sessions, practical activities and reading suggestions. All of the lessons are bite sized; enough to inspire you but not to overwhelm you! Each module will include a cookalong session where I cook live and you join me, cooking from your own kitchen so you can ask me questions as we cook together.
You will be encouraged to share your journey and your food pics in the community so that you can support each other in your month-long adventures with Love.Food.
Throughout each week you will connect with me during a Facebook live session where I will discuss the current module and respond to any bumps in the road you have. The sessions will be posted so you can catch up if you are not able to join us live.
Each week will end with a live Q&A session where you can connect to the community and discuss your experiences on the course. You will have the opportunity for 121 videocalls with me if you face particular challenges you need help with and would like to discuss them privately.
