1 PAN DISH - smokey lentils with greens - complete protein!

1/4 cabbage, roughly sliced
A couple of handfuls of kale leaves
1 jar of lentils (lentils are super soft when they are from a jar or can as they are already cooked and soaked)
1 large red onion, finely sliced
1T stock powder
Habanero Tabasco, to taste
Salt, to taste
1T liquid smoke
Water
Toasted or untoasted pumpkin seeds
Add all of the ingredients (except the seeds) to your pan
Pour in enough water so the ingredients are just covered
Bring to the boil on a high heat then reduce to a simmer
Add a little hot water if the pan dries out too much (I keep a full kettle on stand by for dishes like this)
Cook for around 30-40 minutes until the rice is cooked through
Serve..top with the seeds..it's that simple!!!
