Banana Frappuccino

This is so simple but it’s a combination I HAVE to tell you about. Coffee and banana are a common combination is Thailand. The caffeine hit with the refreshing banana is perfect for a hot day.

This recipe makes 1 portion

1 banana, chopped and frozen overnight

1 double espresso or a short strong coffee made with granules

A splash of your favourite non dairy milk

Put the banana in a high sided bowl

Add the espresso and milk

Using a hand blender blend all of the ingredients till smooth

You may have to lift the hand blender up and then push down to blend everything well
