Beetroot ice cream
Coconut chip and beetroot ice cream!!!! MIND. OFFICIALLY. BLOWN. I used coconut cream from @nuturalworld , it’s primo stuff! I didn’t melt it (too lazy!). Just whacked it in the jug and blended it with frozen banana and raspberry AND, most importantly, beetroot powder. Plus a sprinkling of dessicated coconut. The coconut cream becomes chips, like chocolate chips, that melt in your mouth. Hot dawg! This is a goodun’. Tip - if you just use desiccated coconut throughout it won’t taste half as nice. Desiccated coconut will be harder than the coconut cream chips. So don’t cheat the recipe!!!!
1 banana, chopped and frozen
A handful of frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon beetroot powder
2 teaspoons of coconut cream
A few raspberries and dessicated coconut for decoration
Blend the banana, raspberries, beetroot powder and coconut cream. Spoon into a bowl and top with a few raspberries and dessicated coconut
