Broccoli with white miso

1 tablespoon white miso

1 tablespoon tamari

1 garlic clove

1 inch of ginger root

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 large head of broccoli cut into florets

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water

using a blender combine the miso, tamari, garlic and ginger

toast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan on a medium heat

in a large frying pan heat the oil over a high heat

when hot add the broccoli, fry for a few minutes then add the water and salt and put the lid on

cook till just tender, test with a fork

put the broccoli into a serving bowl, top with the sauce and seeds
