Choc Blueberry Pud

This is a great way to get some extra protein with a pudding that tastes like it is decadent yet it’s completely healthy!!! The cinnamon and ginger are a useful addition if you are doing any form of exercise because of their anti-inflammatory properties.

This recipe makes 1 hearty portion

200ml dairy free sugar free yoghurt

1 tablespoon cacao

1 tablespoon lucuma powder

1 tablespoon brown rice protein powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

2 handfuls blueberries

 

Blend all the ingredients (except a few berries) with a hand blender or a good blender till very smooth

Put into a glass or bowl and top with the remaining berries
