Choc protein pudding

Another super quick 7 minute breakfast . . . .

Makes 2 generous portions


2 cups almond milk


1 banana plus 1 banana

2 heaped tablespoons of soya or rice protein powder

1T cacao powder

5T chia seeds

a handful of blueberries

1T ground flax seed


Blend the almond milk, 1 banana, protein powder and cacao


Mix the chia seeds into the almond milk mixture

Pour into 2 bowls.

Stir well to break up any clumps of the seeds.

Chill for at least 8 hours

Chop the remaining banana, put the banana and the berries on top of the pudding

Sprinkle on the flax seed
