Eat to the Beet


This is, by far, my favourite juice. My body loves beetroot. Pineapple balances out the earthiness of the beetroot, ginger gives a zing that will wake you up and spinach adds that important green element.


230g pineapple, skin removed but you can juice the centre


100g beetroot

10g ginger root

100g spinach


Juice all of the ingredients, yes, even the spinach!
