Frozen raspberry bonbons

These are frozen bonbons, beetroot powder, cacao powder and frozen banana. With a raspberry centre. Cutey lil icecream nuggets with all-natural sugar and one of your five a day! I used a silicone ice cube tray from Ikea, yes, I dared to walk into those halls which create a monster out of every single person that walks in them. Stripping them of any kindness or generosity and replacing it with pure meanness and a willingness to run you over with their trolleys whilst they frantically buy more useless s*** they don’t need. However a silicone ice cube tray is clearly a must for very nice cream chef 😬

1 large banana, chopped and frozen

2 teaspoon beetroot powder

1 teaspoon cacao powder

A few raspberries, frozen or fresh

A splash of dairy free milk (if the blender struggles)

Simply blend the banana, beetroot powder and cacao

Put this mixture into a silicone ice cube tray then press a raspberry into each

Freeze for around 4 hours till set

Serve with a scattering of freeze dried raspberry pieces or more fresh or frozen raspberries
