Gin and Tonic ice cream

Gin oโ€™clock!!! ALCOHOLIC NICE CREAM. Oh yeah. You heard me. Both angelically healthy ๐Ÿ˜‡ and devilishly decadent ๐Ÿ˜ˆ. Well, I AM trying to bring balance into my life ๐Ÿ˜‰. Frozen banana as the base, add a splash of tonic, a double gin and a squeeze of lemon or lime. Refreeze for a wee while then serve. The alcohol makes it more liquidy (new word!) so you need to refreeze it. I donโ€™t know why as I never listened in science class but I did once win a drinking competition in it. This is probably why I didnโ€™t learn anything and failed my science GCSE. Ho hum. Weirdly, last month I appeared at the Cheltenham Science Festival representing veganism. Iโ€™m really not sure what life-lesson there is in that ๐Ÿ˜‚. Maybe I shouldnโ€™t have told that story on stage.....???


1 banana, chopped and frozen

A decent splash of good gin

A splash of tonic water

A slice of lime

Blend the banana with the gin and tonic, serve with the lime on the side
