Nut Crumble

ingredients per person

  • 1 handful pecans

  • 1 handful almonds

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • 1 peach

  • 1 cup blackberries



  • preheat your oven to 200c

  • cut up the peaches into chunks

  • put them into in an oven dish, preferably a clear one

  • scatter over the berries

  • grind the nuts in the chopper attachment of a hand blender until they are quite fine

  • add the coconut sugar and oil and mix well

  • scatter over the fruit and press down with the back of a spoon

  • bake for around 30 minutes, until the fruit is bubbling

  • the top will go a dark brown, this happens with nuts but don't worry, it isn't burnt!
