Overnight oats is a great recipe for people who don’t want to make decisions in the morning. You can make this very healthy breakfast the night before and just grab and eat in the morning. Make it in a tupaware box to eat on the commute.
Use this as a base recipe and try adding different fruits, seeds, spices and nuts.
Ingredients for one portion
2 apples, grated or blended in the chopper attachment of a handblender or food processor
1 cup of rolled oats or porridge oats
A pinch of cinnamon
A few blackberries or other berries.
Mix the apple puree into oats very well.
Add the cinnamon and pour into a bowl or cup.
Top with the berries.
Store it in the fridge overnight.
The oats will be soft and ready to eat in the morning.
