Protein packed peanut blondies

1 can cannelini beans

5 dates

3t molasses

2t cinnamon

grated ginger

3T peanut butter

1c millet flakes

With a hand blender blitz the drained beans and dates 

Add the cinnamon, ginger and molasses, blitz again

Add the peanut butter, mix

Add the millet flakes, mix

Now you can either have these cooked or uncooked. For the uncooked version either makes balls or put into a silicone ice cube tray. Chill over night. For the cooked version spread on a tray, bake at 200c for 20 mins, cut up and chill overnight. THESE BLONDIES TASTE MUCH NICER THE DAY AFTER - SO WAIT!!!!!
