The Cakey - part cake, part cookie, full on yumminess!

Vegan and gluten free and oh so delicious. Ladies and gents I bring you The Cakey using a wonderful (and ever so addictive) nut butter from Nutural World and chocolate buttons from Tesco. Part cookie (crunchy bits) part cake (soft spongy bits) with a chocolate centre........er.....drool!

Makes 6 cakeys

1/2 cup nut butter

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup gram flour

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup water

1 pack of chocolate buttons

1 tablespoon coconut sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 200c

In a large bowl mix the nut butter, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, gram flour, oats and water

Put HALF of this mixture in a 6 hole muffin pan (greased, if it isn't non stick)

Add a few chocolate buttons to each cakey, then top with the remaining batter

Mix the 1 tablespoon coconut sugar with the cinnamon, sprinkle this on top

Bake for 20 minutes, allow to cool completely before taking them out of the pan, as they may fall apart if you can't wait!
