An Incredible Hulk of a nice cream🏋️‍♂️

This one goes out to my super buff friend @christracy10 whose muscle is ALL VEGAN😱Also known as the-man-who-shines-with-the-oil-of-a-thousand-coconuts he works at @woodgreen.theanimalscharity where he saves and cuddles kittens and puppies. He is literally a walking Athena poster (I told you all my cultural references are from the 80s and 90s, sorry millennials I don’t mean to exclude you so go google Athena posters and embrace them so they become hipster chic).
Of course Christopher eats lots of compassionate protein to pump those guns and this is recipe is much more fun to eat than a plate of peas! I used my favourite protein bar and protein powder from the lovely guys @pulsinandbeond and primo pumpkin seed butter from the artisanal nut butter makers @nuturalworld . It’s deeeeeelicious and what’s more.....the protein is easy to digest meaning that you won’t be dropping embarrassing stinky protein bombs💨😷during your squat sesh in the very packed gym🤭😳

2 pulsin protein bars, cut lengthways so that you have 4 slim squares

2 tablespoons hemp protein powder

2 tablespoons pumpkin seed butter

A few frozen bananas

3 soft dates

Put the protein bars onto ice lolly sticks

Blend the protein powder, butter, bananas and dates till smooth

Add this to the ice lolly moulds then insert the sticks with the protein bar on them

Freeze for a few hours till set.
