Most of our classes take place at London Cooking Project, a social enterprise that works to provide opportunities to develop and nurture young talent in the food industry and is committed to benefiting the local community. The ethos is so similar to our ethos at The VCS; when we discovered this beautiful space and the idea behind it, we simply knew that this would be our first home.
Based in an old ice factory in Battersea, London Cooking Project is a unique open plan space with kitchen stations and a dining area. London Cooking Project work with Good Energy to ensure the energy comes from renewable sources and Quantum Waste who compost all food waste and recycle everything else.

This venue is a quick bus journey from Sloane Square which is on the Circle and District line. The closest overland stations are Battersea Park and Imperial Wharf. There are regular buses that stop a few minutes walk from the school - 49, 170, 319, 345.There is on-street parking in front of the venue and in the local area which is free on evenings (after 5pm) and all day at the weekend. However, we encourage you to take public transport wherever possible. As mentioned above the school is easy well serviced by public transport.
